Sound familiar?

If any of these ring true, the people searching near you end up somewhere other than with you

This isn't bad luck. Local visibility comes down to a few well-known factors, and those can be put right.

Your competitors are on the map, you aren't

You type what you do into Google and your competitors show up in the map results. Your business is nowhere to be found.

Your business profile hasn't been touched in years

Wrong opening hours, barely any photos, the most recent review is years old, and you have no idea who's seeing it or what they make of you based on it.

You have a website, yet nobody finds you

The site got built, you paid for it, and still the phone isn't ringing any more, because you don't show up in local search.

Silence instead of calls

You know people around you search for what you offer every day. They just end up somewhere other than with you.

What local SEO means with us

We work on three fronts at once, because on its own none of them is enough

Google ranks the businesses it gets accurate, fresh and consistent signals about: from your business profile, from the links pointing to you, and from your website.

Google Business Profile optimization

  • A full profile audit and gap-fill, so every field is filled in accurately
  • Categories and a service list built the way your customers actually search
  • A photo strategy and regular posting, which we handle for you
  • Reviews collected from real customers, because fake reviews are off the table with us
  • Consistent name, address and phone number: exactly the same everywhere

Link building

  • Sorting out directory listings: the same name, address and phone in every business directory
  • Real, relevant links: a local portal, a trade association, a partner
  • A few valuable links beat a hundred weak ones, so we don't build spam links

Website optimization

  • A fast, mobile-friendly site, because local search mostly starts on a phone
  • Local landing content written naturally, not stuffed with keywords
  • LocalBusiness schema, so Google understands you precisely at the machine level too
  • Internal linking, so your most important pages carry the most weight

All of this happens on your existing site; we don't redesign it. If you have a developer, we coordinate with them; if you don't, we make the changes ourselves once you've approved them.

Before / after

Drag the handle left and right

Within 90 days, Google Maps Top 3 for one agreed primary keyword, or you get your full fee back

With local SEO you can judge the result at a glance: on day 90 your business is either in the Google Maps Top 3 or it isn't. That's exactly why we carry the risk here, not you. The terms are set out up front, in writing, with no fine print:

  • The guarantee applies to one jointly chosen keyword and one city or district, and we put it in the contract before we start.
  • We choose the keyword together: it should bring in customers and be realistically reachable. If you asked for an unrealistic target, we'll tell you before the contract, not after.
  • Here's all we need from you: owner access to the business profile, sign-off on the changes, and a working address or service area.
  • The way the Top 3 is measured (measurement point, device, time) is also set in the contract, so that on day 90 it's a fact you can verify at a glance.
  • The 90 days start from the day you hand over the access. If you're not in the Top 3 on day 90, we refund the full fee. The work we've done stays yours.
The guarantee in numbers

One promise, three numbers

The same commitment, in brief. These aren't result statistics; they're the terms of the guarantee, set out up front and in writing.

How we work

The process step by step, and what you end up with

1

Video audit and assessment

On a screen recording we show you where your business profile and website stand right now, and what the competitor ranking above you today is doing better. All we need from you is the business name and the website address.

A video about you: what's holding your visibility back
2

Agreeing the keyword, locking in the guarantee

Together we pick the keyword–location pairing, and we put the terms of the guarantee in the contract, along with how it's measured. From you it takes one conversation and one decision.

A signed agreement, every commitment in black and white
3

Getting the business profile and website in shape

In the first weeks we fill in and correct the business profile, and on the website we make the changes local search needs. From you it takes access and approvals.

A complete, accurate business profile + a website ready for local search
4

Link building and ongoing profile work

We build the local and trade links, the regular posts go out, and review requests run for real. From you it occasionally takes an approval, or the name of a happy customer.

A local presence that grows stronger week by week
5

Measurement, reporting, 90-day review

We track how your ranking develops, and you see what happened and what comes next in clear reports. On day 90 we do the review the way the contract sets out.

Either the Google Maps Top 3, or your full fee refunded

Straight talk

Who it's for, and who it isn't

It's for you if
  • your business is tied to a place or service area: a restaurant, salon, workshop, practice, tradesperson
  • your customers search on Google or on Maps when they need you
  • it matters to you to know exactly what you get for your money, with terms set out in writing
It's not for you if
  • you run a nationwide webshop with no physical presence, where Google Ads is the better direction
  • you're expecting a miracle in two weeks: local visibility is built, not switched on
  • you can't or won't give access to your business profile
  • you'd set an unrealistic target for your market. We'll tell you, and we won't take the work on
What to realistically expect

Not magic: a presence you build

Timeline

The first weeks are about getting things in shape

Not much of that shows from the outside yet. Visibility then builds gradually, as Google processes the fresh, consistent signals; it doesn't jump overnight. That's why the guarantee applies to day 90, not the first week.

Maintenance

The Top 3 isn't forever, and we say so out loud

There's competition for the map spots, and your rivals are working too. So at the end of the project you also get the maintenance routine: what to post, how often, how to keep asking for reviews, so you hold on to the spot you've earned.

We only publish a case study once the client has approved it in writing and the data can be verified. You won't find invented or “nice round number” results here. Until then, instead of numbers we show you the method, and in the video audit we show it live, on your own profile.

FAQ

What most people ask

What exactly happens if I'm not in the Top 3 within 90 days?
On day 90 we check the agreed keyword–location pairing the way the contract set out in advance. If you're not in the top three results, we refund the full project fee, not part of it, the whole thing. The work we've done still stays yours.
Which keyword does the guarantee cover, and who chooses it?
One keyword and one city or district, which we choose together before the contract. Two conditions at once: it should bring in customers and be realistically reachable. If the two don't fit together, we'll tell you before we start.
Why isn't there a price on the page?
Because the scope of work is different for every business. After the video audit you get an accurate, one-off project-fee quote, itemized, with no surprises. The audit and the quote are free and commit you to nothing.
What do you need from me, and how much of my time will it take?
At the start: owner access to the business profile, access to the website, one planning conversation and a few approvals. After that we do the bulk of the work. From you it occasionally takes a bit of feedback. The setup takes the most of your time; after that, hardly any.
What's the difference between local SEO and Google Ads?
Ads are paid visibility: they work instantly, but only while you're spending. Local SEO is a built presence: slower to start, but lasting, and you don't pay per click. The two reinforce each other. If your goal is local and your budget is tight, we'd usually start with local SEO. More on the Google Ads management page.
Does this work even if I have no shop premises and only work on-site?
Yes. Google has a separate category for this: a service-area business. Your address can stay hidden, and we optimize your profile for the towns you travel to. The guarantee still holds in that case.
Review collection: do you write fake reviews?
No. What we build is a review-request process: we ask your real, happy customers for a rating, at the right moment, with a single clickable link. Bought or fake reviews are off the table with us: Google spots and removes them, and in a worse case it suspends your profile too.
What happens after the 90 days, do I have to pay an ongoing fee?
No. With us, local SEO is a one-off project fee: no monthly charge, no lock-in. At the end of the project we hand over the maintenance routine, which you can run yourself. If you'd later prefer us to keep doing the ongoing work, we'll agree that separately, but it's an option, not a condition.

We show you first, and only then ask for your trust

Get the free video audit: we record where your business profile and website stand in local search right now, what your competition is doing better, and what we'd do in your shoes. Not a template PDF, but a video about you, and it commits you to nothing.
