Google Ads management: advertise to the people already searching for what you offer

We run Google Ads campaigns for small businesses. The order is fixed with us: first we get conversion tracking right, and only then does money go into the campaign. That way you see not just how much you spent, but how many leads it brought in.

Already have a Google Ads account? We'll walk through it on video and show you where the money is leaking.

Situations you'll recognize

If this is what you see from your ads, Google isn't the problem

These aren't Google Ads' faults; they're the symptoms of accounts running without tracking and with a bad structure, and those are exactly the two things we fix: the tracking and the structure.

The campaign just burned money

You've advertised before, and barely any leads came in. The amount was there on the end-of-month bill; you just couldn't tell what it turned into.

Your competitor is at the top of search, you're not

When people search for your service, they show up front and center on the results page. And your business is nowhere.

You can't see which campaign brings customers

Which of your campaigns brings inquiries, and which just drains the budget? Without tracking, nothing can tell you.

The report was full of click counts

It just never showed how many real inquiries came out of all those clicks. And that's the only thing that matters.

What Google Ads management is

Conversion tracking first, campaign second

The power of Google Ads is one thing: your customer is already searching. They type into Google what they need. And you show up for exactly that search. The customer has already decided they want it; only one question remains: do they find you, or your competitor.

1 · First

We get conversion tracking right

Together we define what counts as a result for you: a call, a form submission, a quote request. This step can't be skipped: without tracking, neither Google's system nor we can make good decisions.

2 · Then

The campaign starts, with every forint measured

Only then does money go into the ads. From that point, every forint spent shows what it brought back. We don't burn money blind, and we don't guess about what works.

We build the campaign structure around search intent: a separate campaign for someone ready to buy and a separate one for someone still just looking, because the two need different treatment. And with negative keywords we keep filtering out the searches that will never turn into a customer for you.

What Google Ads management means with us

Built on search intent, grounded in tracking

We build the campaign around who is searching for what, and we count as a result only what we can actually measure.

Structure by search intent

  • A separate campaign for someone ready to buy, and a separate one for someone still just looking
  • Each gets different treatment: different copy, different offer, different bid
  • With negative keywords we keep filtering out dead-end searches

Grounded in conversion tracking

  • First we define what counts as a result: a call, a form submission, a quote request
  • Tracking runs lawfully, based on consent: Consent Mode and a cookie banner
  • Every forint spent shows what it brought back, so we don't spend blind

A report you can read, a direct line to us

  • A monthly report you'll understand with no marketing background
  • It answers three questions: what we did, what we saw, what we'll do next
  • You work directly with us, and the account stays yours throughout
Google Ads or local SEO?

The same results page, from two directions

Type your service plus your city into Google: the paid ads at the top, the map results below them, then the organic list. The same customer sees the same page. Yet you can get in front of them two different ways.

Paid visibility

Google Ads: visibility you can switch on

The moment it's running, you're at the top of the results page; the moment it stops, you're gone. Fast and measurable, and you show up for exactly the people searching for your service right now.

Visibility you build

Local SEO: a ranking that lasts

It builds more slowly, but what it builds keeps working even when you're not spending. You can show up in two separate spots on the same page for the same customer.

The two don't compete; they reinforce each other. One thing we'll say upfront: if your budget is tight and your goal is local, it may be that after the assessment we recommend local SEO as the first step instead of ads. We don't sell you what you came in for; we sell you what will bring the most customers in your situation.

How we work

The process step by step, and what you get at the end

1

Assessment

We look at your market: what your customers search for, how much demand there is, what the competition is doing. If you already have an account, we go through it item by item. All we need from you: access to the account, and a conversation about what a lead is worth to you.

An honest picture: is there enough demand in your market
2

Tracking first, spending second

We set up conversion tracking: together we define what counts as a result, and the tracking runs lawfully, based on consent. From you we need access to the website, or your developer's email address.

Lawful tracking, every forint measured
3

Campaign structure and ad copy

We build the account: campaigns by search intent, keyword and negative-keyword lists, and copy that speaks to what the customer is searching for. Before launch you see everything, and you approve everything.

A launch-ready account with a clean structure
4

Learning period

The campaign goes live, and the first weeks are about gathering data. To make good decisions, both Google's bidding system and we need enough conversion data. Until then we watch, filter, exclude. From you it takes patience, and feedback on the leads coming in.

Real data on what works in your market
5

Ongoing optimization and reporting

We keep working from the data: adjusting bids, expanding and narrowing keywords, testing copy. And the decision stays yours throughout: based on the data, you decide whether to continue, scale up, or stop.

What Google Ads management includes

Itemized, so you see exactly what you're getting a quote for

Assessment

Market and demand assessment, plus a full account review if you already have one: campaign structure, search terms, tracking, money spent.

Conversion tracking

Setting up the tracking: Google Ads tag and GA4, based on consent, in a GDPR-compliant way (Consent Mode, cookie banner).

Account structure

Building or rebuilding the account by search intent, with keyword research and ongoing negative-keyword work.

Ad copy

Writing and testing copy: about what the customer is searching for, not about what you'd say about yourself.

Campaign management

Ongoing work: bids, budget allocation, filtering search terms.

Reporting and contact

A monthly report you can read: what we did, what we saw, what we'll do. You work directly with us, not with account handlers.

You won't find a price on the page: you get a quote after the assessment, with the contents spelled out item by item. Why we do it this way, we answer in the FAQ .

Honestly

Who it's for, and who it isn't

It's for you if
  • people genuinely search for your service on Google: for tradespeople, clinics, service providers and B2B companies this is typically the case
  • you can handle the extra leads, and you know (or we work out together) what a new customer is worth to you
  • you accept the order: we measure first, spend second, even if that feels slower in the first weeks
It's not for you if
  • no one is searching for your product yet. For something new and unfamiliar, you first have to create demand, and for that Facebook (Meta) ads are the better tool
  • you don't have enough ad budget to last through the learning period. In that case it's more honest not to start at all than to burn money at half throttle
  • your website can't turn a visitor into a lead today. In that case we'd fix that first, because sending ads to a weak site only delivers visitors at a high price

If the assessment shows that Google Ads isn't worth it for you right now, we'll tell you before you start, not after.

What to realistically expect

Not a light switch: a system that needs data

Timeline

The first weeks are about gathering data

Impressions and clicks come almost immediately, but that's not the goal. The lead is. The bidding system learns, we filter and adjust, and meanwhile the conversion data builds up that good decisions are made from.

What's up to us, and what isn't

What we commit to, we deliver

Up to us: the account structure, the accuracy of the tracking, the copy, and the ongoing filtering. Not up to us: the click prices in your market, what the competition spends, and the strength of your offer. We won't promise a specific number of leads or a cost per lead upfront, but in the report you'll always see where we stand.

When we fix an account running without tracking, there are typically three things to put right: missing or badly set up conversion tracking, dead-end search terms, and everything poured into a single campaign. In the free video audit we show it on your own account, on a screen recording: what we found, where the money leaked, and what we'd do instead. We show you first, then we ask for your trust.

FAQ

What most people ask

How much ad budget do I need?
There's no number that's true for everyone, and if someone gives you one without knowing your market, that's worth being suspicious of. The budget you need depends on three things: how many people search for your service, how much a click costs in your field, and what a lead is worth to you. Working through this together, before you spend anything, is part of the assessment. One principle we'll set upfront: you need enough budget to last through the learning period. If you don't have that, we'll advise you not to start.
When will I see results, and why do you talk about a “learning period”?
Because that's how the system works, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Both Google's bidding system and we work from conversion data, and the first weeks are about that data building up. Impressions and clicks come almost immediately; the number of leads typically settles in gradually as the account gets cleaner. We won't promise a specific number of weeks or a cost per lead upfront, but we will promise that from day one you'll see in the report what's happening and why.
I've advertised before, and it just burned money. What would be different this time?
The most common mistake in accounts running without tracking: conversion tracking is missing or measuring wrong, so neither the system nor the manager knows what brings customers. With us the order is reversed: tracking first, spending second. The second difference is filtering: we review search terms continuously and use negative keywords to exclude the ones that won't turn into a customer for you. The third: we manage your account working directly with you, not an account handler you never see. If you have doubts, ask for the video audit: we'll show you on your old account where the money went.
Is the ad budget with you or with us?
With you. You advertise from your own Google Ads account, on your own card. Your budget goes straight to Google, not through us. We get manager access to the account, and you can see what's happening in it any time. And if our paths ever part, the account, the data, and every setting stay yours; we hold nothing back.
Do I need Google Ads or local SEO, or maybe both?
It depends on where your business is and how local your market is. Ads are instant visibility: while they run, you're at the top of the results page. Local local SEO builds more slowly, but lasts: a map ranking keeps working even when you're not spending. On the same results page you can show up in two separate spots with them, so over the longer term they complement each other well. If your budget is tight and your goal is local, we often recommend local SEO as the first step. At the assessment we talk this through honestly.
What kind of report do I get, and will I understand it with no marketing background?
You get a report every month, and it answers three questions: what we did, what we saw, what we'll do next. We don't flood you with click stats; we write down what you need for your decisions: how many leads came in, from where, and what we're changing next month. If something isn't clear, you ask, and we explain it another way. A report is good when you can base a business decision on it; if it's only trying to impress you, it's a bad one.
Why is there no price on the page?
Because the scope of the work differs by market and by account: building an account from scratch isn't the same as fixing an inherited one from the rubble, or fine-tuning one that's already running well. Instead of a price, we spelled out item by item what the service includes. And you get an exact quote after the assessment. We're not hiding anything: every line of the quote is written out, and you can compare it with anyone's.
How do I pay, what's the fee model?
Google Ads management starts with a one-time setup fee (assessment, tracking setup, account structure, campaign build), after which you pay a fee for the ongoing management and the reports. You get the exact amounts in the quote, after the assessment. The ad budget is on top of that, and it doesn't flow to us: you pay it straight to Google, from your own account.

Let's look at what your customers are searching for

If you have an account, we'll show you on video what brought leads and what didn't. If you don't, we'll assess whether there's enough demand in your market to make advertising worth it. Both are free, and neither commits you to anything. First we show you what we'd do, then you decide.
