Facebook ad management for local businesses that brings you leads, not likes

On Google you reach people already searching for what you offer. On Facebook and Instagram you also reach the ones who aren't searching yet but are still your customers. We don't boost posts: from your offer, your targeting and the path after the click we build a system that brings in measurable inquiries.

Before you pay a single forint, we show you on video where your ads stand right now.

Sound familiar?

“I boosted the post and nothing came of it”

None of these mean Facebook doesn't work. They mean you had ads, but no system.

Budget spent, no leads in

You hit the boost button, the money ran out, no leads came, and it never became clear what went wrong.

Likes pile up, but none turn into customers

Nice creative, likes piling up, except the likes never turn into a booking or an order.

You got reach numbers, not customers

You've paid for ad management before and got reach numbers back, not customers.

Every campaign is a separate experiment

It works one time and not the next, and you can't tell what made the difference, because there's no measurement to tell you.

What Facebook ad management means with us

The platform is just a tool: what we build is a system

We work with Meta ads: the campaigns run in Meta's ad manager, on Facebook and Instagram at once, with no separate Instagram setup needed. The end result isn't reach or likes, it's inquiries.

The offer and the targeting

  • An offer that stops even the scrolling thumb: no ad, however good, saves a bad offer, so we start here
  • Targeting that reaches your customer, not everyone

Creative, landing page and measurement

  • Creative and copy that catch the eye
  • A landing page and measurement that show what happens after the click

Follow-up and results

  • Follow-up that turns an inquiry into a customer
  • The end result is inquiries: name, phone number, a booked time, all things you can actually work with

No ad, however good, saves a bad offer, so we start with the offer; targeting, creative and measurement come only after that.

Not theory

We run the same thing for ourselves

What we recommend to you, we spend our own money on too. It's how we find our own clients: you see the method while it's running, not on a course slide.

Ad Free video audit Follow-up from our own CRM

When someone fills out the form on the video-audit page, their request lands in our own CRM, and they get the same follow-up we build for our clients. If you're curious how all this looks live, take a look at the free video audit page.

This isn't bragging, it's skin in the game: what we recommend to you, we spend our own money on too. We'll put result numbers here when they're real and defensible. Until then we show you the workings themselves, instead of making promises.

How the work comes together

Step by step, and what you get at the end

1

Offer and audience

We talk through what we're advertising and to whom. If the offer is weak, we tell you here, not after the third campaign. From you we need one conversation and everything you know about your customers.

An offer direction put in writing, and a clear picture of who we're targeting
2

The path after the ad

We build the path after the click: a landing page or a cleanup of your existing site, setting up Meta conversion tracking, and a plan for follow-up. From you we need access to Meta Business and your website.

A working landing page and measurement that tracks the path from the ad to the inquiry
3

Creative and copy

We write the ad copy and give you a precise creative direction: what to photograph, what to film, in what format. The raw material of your own work comes from you. Authentic first-hand material outperforms any stock photo.

Starting ad variants, ready for your approval
4

Launch and testing

Several variants run against each other: targeting, creative, copy. The first weeks are about learning, and we tell you that up front, not as an excuse afterwards. From you we need quick feedback on the quality of the leads coming in.

Measured data on what stops your customer, and what an inquiry costs
5

Iteration and reporting

Based on the data we switch off what isn't working and put more budget behind what is. You get regular reports, always in the same structure: what we did, what we saw, what we're doing next. From you we need a short check-in now and then.

Sharper targeting over time, fewer forints spent blindly

Honestly

Who it's for, and who it isn't

It's for you if
  • you can describe who your customer is, or you're open to mapping it out together
  • your offer fits into an ad, or you're ready to sharpen it together
  • you need to create demand: your customer isn't actively searching for you, but is reachable while scrolling: beauty, hospitality, online shops, events, local services
It's not for you if
  • your customer typically searches actively on Google, in which case Google Ads or local SEO brings faster results, and we'll tell you that in the first conversation
  • you don't have a worked-out offer and don't want to work on one; targeting can't make up for a weak offer
  • you'd expect a return within a week; with Meta ads testing is part of the work, and we won't pretend otherwise
What to realistically expect

Not magic: a measured, built system

Testing

The first round is a lesson, not a verdict

With Meta ads, testing isn't a mistake, it's the method itself: you can't know what stops your customer until you measure it. If you're expecting a final answer in the first week, this service would disappoint you, and we'd rather say that up front than in the report.

Follow-up

An inquiry isn't a customer yet

Whether it turns into a sale depends at least as much on the follow-up as on the ad: how fast you reply, whether the lead gets a reminder, and whether someone is keeping track of where things stand. This part can be automated too, that's what workflow automationis about, and the two together make the full system.

What we commit to: a built system, clean measurement, an honest report. What we don't: a lead price or lead count promised up front, that's decided by your market and your offer, and without measurement any such number would be made up.

Frequent questions

What most people ask

How is this different from boosting a post?
A boost pushes an existing post, usually optimized for engagement, and brings likes and comments because that's what you asked the system for. We build a campaign optimized for inquiries: with dedicated ad objectives, tested targeting and creative, a landing page and measurement that tells you what a lead cost. A boost buys traffic for your post; the system brings prospects to your business.
Are my customers even on Facebook?
Most likely yes: a very wide age range uses Facebook and Instagram every day. The question isn't whether they're there, but what stops them, and in the first conversation we look at exactly that for your market. And if we see your customer searches rather than scrolls, we'll say so and point you toward Google, we won't sell you a Meta campaign just because that's what you asked about.
How much ad budget do I need?
We won't name a number up front, because it would be made up: the budget you need depends on what a lead costs in your market and how much testing the launch takes, and the audit tells us that. One thing is certain: you need enough budget to last through the test period. And one thing worth being clear on: you pay the ad budget directly to Meta, from your own account, it doesn't go through us and isn't part of our fee.
Do you make the creative too, or do I bring it?
We write the ad copy. For the visuals we give you a precise direction: what to photograph, what to film, in what size and format. The raw material itself comes from you, because a photo or video of your own business and your own work is more credible and performs better than any stock photo. If you have nothing right now, we'll figure out together what you can shoot even on a phone.
How will I know it's worth it, what will I see in the report?
We don't report reach and likes. You'll see how many inquiries came in, from which ad and at what cost, and what we did about it. The report structure is always the same: what we did, what we saw, what we're doing next. If something didn't work, that's written down too, with the reasoning. We set measurement up at the start so the path from the ad to the inquiry can be tracked, without that we don't even launch.
How do I pay, what's the pricing model?
The work starts with a one-time setup fee, which is building the system: offer, targeting, landing page, measurement, starting campaigns. After that you pay a monthly fee for ongoing management: this covers testing, optimization and reporting. You get the amount in a proposal, once we've seen your situation. The ad budget is on top of that, and you pay it directly to Meta.
Why is there no price on the page?
Because the scope of the work differs by market and by business; the campaign system for a new local service and a running online shop aren't the same job. There's no price not because we're hiding it: the “What it includes” list shows you exactly what you're signing up for, and you get the price in a proposal once we've looked at your situation. That way we don't have to price the uncertainty with a flat rate, and you get a price for what you actually need.

Let's look at what you're missing out on

Before you pay a single forint, we show you on video where you stand right now: we look at your ad account (if you have one), your offer, and what an inquiry hinges on for you today. No obligation, and the video is yours even if we never work together.
